1. The Apotheka Telehealth/Telemedicine HIPAA compliant app can be integrated with any EHR to facilitate 24/7 communication between doctors and patients worldwide.
2. The application provides features that allow app visitors/patients to connect and communicate with doctors based on their medical conditions or needs.
3. The system is also abided by the latest industry privacy standards per HIPAA as well as digital security standards including SSL and others.
4. Doctors have to log in to access the app features, while using the app they are able to set their availability in system.
5. Doctor will see appointment lists on their Dashboard and will reserve right to accept or decline appointments.
6. Appointment decline policy will be defined with in system which includes a refund feature.
7. Email notifications for appointment approval and declining are available. Every doctor can set up their per unit / slot / session charge in the application.
8. The app handles advance payment for any defined patient services with insurance or major credit cards.
