CareMatch is the perfect way to find your perfect carer – matching your visiting or live-in care needs with our carefully vetted, independent CareMatch carer members. Register on the CareMatch website and take the stress out of finding and managing a reliable, safe team of carers at the touch of a button.
CareMatch for Clients App feature:
- Use your app on the go to choose your carefully vetted carer or carers whose profile(s) suit your requirements
- Use the app to directly contact your chosen carer or carers to discuss your needs in - more detail to create a tailor made Care Plan (including schedule)
- Using our Carer app, your care team will tag in and out of each call (or at the start and end of live-in care), giving you peace of mind that you will only be billed for the time spent delivering care
- Be part of a secure ‘Care Hub’ - you will be fully informed throughout your care journey, including alerting you to any potential issues
- Communicate effectively with everyone involved in looking after your care or the care of a loved one
- You are always in control and can manage who is involved in your Care Hub as well as who can access the care record, funding details and information on the person receiving care.
