Measurements list, redesigned.

The list now uses clean flat rows with lightweight year labels and shows waist and chest as a subtitle on each entry for faster scanning.

In the detail view, new Previous and Next buttons let you move between entries without going back to the list. Buttons disable automatically at the boundaries.

Entries now display in chronological order, oldest first, for a consistent timeline.
