The Athlink web portal makes creating a custom exercise program easy. The Athlink app makes your customized workout simple to follow with a user interface that’s intuitive and logical; you know exactly which exercises to do and when do them. We even include parameters for each exercise like rest period between sets, distance, time, weight and number of repetitions. There are also links to detail for each individual exercise such as how-to videos, photos and workout information to help you use proper form, technique and guard against injury. In addition, Athlink allows you to design your own workout or have your coach or personal trainer create and assign one to you. With Athlink, you can take your game to the next level by:

-Customizing your own workout; create circuits and add exercises from our searchable database of over 1300 exercises.

-Associating with a coach or personal trainer and allowing them to design your exercise plan and push you to meet your goals in fitness or play.

-Shortening the amount of time spent in the gym and reducing wasted time between sets and exercises.

-Grouping exercises to help you get the most out of your workout.

-Frequently changing your exercise plan to keep your body guessing what’s next and pushing yourself to a higher level of fitness.

-Improving athletic performance and guarding against injury. Always be ready to play.

-Adding stretches, yoga and warm-up exercises to your workout routine (all are in Athlink).

The Athlink app is free to download and works in conjunction with the Athlink web portal. The web portal is free to coaches, personal trainers and physical therapists. Athletes set up their account and create their subscription for $2.99 per month billed through the Athlink web portal. No in app purchases are necessary or offered. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime on the Athlink web portal under the athlete settings page. Refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.
