AutoWorkout is the app that tracks your workouts automatically. It recognizes exercises, calculates exercise time and provides detailed statistics for each exercise including calories burned – all these using sensors of your Apple Watch.

AutoWorkout automatically recognizes these 10 most amazing workout exercises:
- Push-Ups
- Chair-Dips
- Jumping Jacks
- Jumping Rope
- Squats
- Lunges
- Burpees
- Sit-Ups, Crunches
- Step-Ups
- High Knees

Whatever approach to workout you have, AutoWorkout will precisely detect time spent on each exercise and calculate calories burned based on exercise’s MET value and your weight. Resting time between sets will also be detected and deducted from total exercise time. Even catching your breath in the middle of the exercise is not a problem – this will count as a resting time!

Need an inspiration in achieving your activity daily goals? Check the “Daily Goals” screen with your current progress and the list of exercises which will help you to close your activity rings as fast as possible.

All your efforts count – “Workout History” screen will summarize all your past achievements. And if you allowed AutoWorkout access to Apple Health, it will contribute calories burned and exercise time after you finish the workout.

What’s the secret behind AutoWorkout that allows it to track exercises so precisely? AutoWorkout uses state-of-the-art machine learning techniques based on a sensor data from your Apple Watch. No matter which wrist you wear your Apple Watch on or in which orientation – the app will always detect what exercise you’re doing.
