Your health & wellbeing is our mission and our goal is to inspire you to create a healthy lifestyle. Our B-Healthy mobile app offers tools that can help you monitor and improve your lifestyle as well as communicate with your health coach and service provider. We help our clients to connect directly with medical specialists, receive expert advice and passionate support from top medical doctors.
B-Healthy may assist you:
- To provide you with a care plan that can help you follow up with relevant information about the progress of your health & wellness package with your package provider
- We can track your vital signs including weight, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, activity, glucose etc. so you and your coach can keep track of your health progress
- Get reminders of your upcoming virtual visits or other appointments. You can now add appointments to your device's calendar as well.
- Via message or video call in our secure and private platform, we facilitate your one-on-one dialogue with personal health wellness & lifestyle coaches who are trained to support and motivate you in creating and moving towards a healthier lifestyle.
- Display statistics and graphs of your health data, allowing you to track changes in indicators and your overall health.
- Easily update your data by syncing health data from Apple Health.
- We updated to the native version, along with the main functions: Assessment, Appointment, Message, Video call and Results.

We have connected Apple Health Kit and Care Kit so that you can share your health data easy with your package provider
We have incorporated our new AI based tool B-Healthy LifeCam, using the phones front camera to take a clinical-grade Blood pressure measurement for screening purposes, as well as Respiratory rate, Pulse and Spo2.
