This update introduces timed set logging! Perfect for exercises like planks, holds, and dead hangs that aren't measured in reps.

• Log any exercise by duration instead of reps & weight
• Built-in timer with quick presets (15s, 30s, 45s, 60s, 90s, 120s) or a custom duration
• The set is logged automatically the moment your timer finishes
• Timed sets show up in your workout summary and history alongside your regular sets

Just tap "Time" on any exercise during a workout to get started.
