Maternity benefits can be confusing – creating stress during a momentous life event. BenefitBump is here to help! We’re your personal caring partner here to guide you through the complex world of maternity and adoption benefits.

BenefitBump participants are guided through their pregnancy, infertility, or adoption journey by a trained care team focused on benefits, leave programs, and emotional needs for growing families. Our singular focus ensures that we deliver expert and appropriate care and guidance to all participants.

Emotional Support – The primary point-of-contact on the BenefitBump care team is a master’s level emotional health professional. Their role is to get to know participants so we can serve them best. For many participants they will serve as a supportive guide. However, if a participant is experiencing significant stress or anxiety, our trained professionals can provide in-the-moment emotional support and connect them to additional resources, as needed. Care Navigators are available through in-app messaging, email, and telephone.

Project Management – BenefitBump care teams help participants get everything done. Our program deploys a personalized “checklist” of tips, reminders, and benefit and time-off program information that varies based on each participant’s path to parenthood. Choose your “life event” in the app and your personalized journey will be served up to you.

Leave Advocacy – Leave advocates educate participants on their time off programs, help them complete paperwork and claim forms, and collaborate to craft a return-to-work plan, if that’s their intention. Our primary objectives are to help participants be more planful as they prepare for their leave and to help ensure that they have the support needed to ensure a smooth return-to-work. Your employer’s benefit information is provided in the app to give you the information you need in the palm of your hand.
