Bikemind uses a clear Training Zones model based on Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE). Each workout targets one of three zones—Easy, Moderate, or Hard—so you’ll always know how intensely you should ride.
The app automatically adjusts your target speed according to the terrain’s steepness, guiding you to aim for 80–100% of that target range for an effective workout.
