The Biohacker n of 1 app is developed because we know everyone is unique. What makes a positive impact for one person does not necessarily have an effect on another. Further, we often have great ideas and thoughts of improvement, but lack the data to truly know and share our insights for the benefit of ourselves and others. The Biohacker N of 1 app brings you a fully new set of tools to gather health data and investigate your health using statistical correlation charts and test for difference between time, You can set up personalised trials to investigate your hypotheses, share your trials and participate in others to improve our common knowledge about our health and interventions.

With the app, we aim to create crowdsourced science. Easy trials to setup. Share you trials to improve and strengthen the data. We utilize a trial design called n of 1 meaning number of 1. The number refers to you as the only participant. You use yourself as control by shifting between interventions and measuring the impact. Track manually metrics you set up or integrate with your FitBit devices to automatically gather data. But we expand the idea of n of 1 by letting you have others participate thereby compiling the data. Who knows, will you find the new hot intervention to keep people healthy?
