VEST EAP's emotional support offering is based on the fundamental principle that “people need people." Joining the VEST family allows for change at a cultural level by effectively training managers, educating employees, providing 24/7 support, and granting access to providers, resources, and a wellness library.
This App simplifies subscriber access to VEST services that are paid for by the user's employer. The VEST EAP app customizes access by automatically integrating the employer's access codes and access numbers. The first time a subscriber uses the app, the subscriber enters a code supplied by his employer. The app will then enable the subscriber to access the mental health support text, and telephone services. The app provides anonymous access to the telephone support center by stripping out the caller ID information, yet still supplies the support center with the necessary authentication that identifies their employer as a subscribing employer and allows the app user to have a chat session or telephone conversation with a coach, without having to remember an employer access code. App users enjoy streamlined employer-customized access to the VEST Care Services
