Here, the clients will find their personal account called “My Account” which has the nutritional assessment, all the necessary trackers, diet charts, the BN E - KIT & many other features helping you in your program.

Your program begins by filling out all your health, food, medical condition & lifestyle. This will then be assessed by your nutritionist & quality control head who will plan out the diets for you.

THE DIET CHARTS: We will be sending you a new diet session every 10 days to ensure great results.
Our diet plans are an integral part of the beautiful journey towards weight loss, so please follow them with complete & total diligence. 70% of results come from the diets we plan and 30% through the E-Kit.
Your "BN - E-Kit"
E-Kit is your best friend and will guide you whenever you need to go off the diet. It will ensure you don't add weight and teach you to eat smarter.
* Eat in Portion Guide: This will teach you “Portion-Control” and what to eat in accurate portion size.
* Daily Essentials’ Guide: This illustrates the measurements of your daily essentials in the correct amounts.
* Restaurant Guide: The restaurant menu explains which foods to choose at their best from different cuisines,
* Alcohol guide: The alcohol guide explains which drink and accompaniments to have and in what quantity.

* PROGRESS TRACKERS: Simple & easy to use weight, inch loss & photo trackers will help me see your progress from time to time. Now with Health Connect integration to seamlessly track your steps and sleep, giving you a fuller picture of your wellness journey.
Below are a few important points:
1. The diet keeps changing every session throughout the program. t takes us 24 working hours to send you a new chart. You shall update your weight monitor every 10 days along with concerns, comments or remarks if any, and send it to me over an email or can also update it online. Each session is for 10 days, between this please feel free to ask us any queries via the chat and the same shall be answered between Monday to Saturday-11 am & 7 pm.
2. As a large part of our clients are for obesity and weight loss, we need photos for a sensory evaluation which allows us to see the person’s fat deposits or fat loss visually. We also have other trackers like Inch loss & Weight so photos allow us to juxtapose and see the progress visually, many times a person has lost inches due to fat loss but doesn't show on the scale.
In short, sensory (visual ) evaluation is extremely important to design the correct diet/nutrition plan. Besides, the camera is also used to get the pictures of meals the clients are consuming which we need to evaluate in terms of portions and portion control is key to our program.
3 We communicate via the “Ask Your Query “ section all the time & discourage WhatsApp & calls.
Please note: Our work hours are from 10 am to 6 pm Indian Standard Time and our weekly off is on Sunday. So if you have any queries during the time we are off, please use the BN FAQs at that time.
