REAL-TIME HEART RATE COACHING
Connect your Apple Watch, AirPods Pro 2, or any Bluetooth heart rate monitor. Get voice feedback based on your effort - the app tells you to push harder or ease up based on your heart rate zones.
PUNCH DETECTION (BETA)
Place your phone near the bag and the app listens for punch impacts, counting your punches and tracking intensity throughout each round.
EFFORT SCORING
Gamify your workouts with round-by-round effort scores based on heart rate intensity, consistency, and recovery.
VIDEO RECORDING
Record your workouts to review technique later. Videos are stored locally and can be shared or exported.
STRAVA INTEGRATION
