Connect your blood pressure cuff, smart scale, or continuous glucose monitor and BP Med Tracker pulls readings in automatically. Works with Omron, Withings, A&D, QardioArm, iHealth, Renpho, Fitbit Aria, Freestyle Libre, Dexcom, and any device that connects to Apple Health.

For continuous glucose monitors, the app intelligently captures only meaningful readings — your morning fasting glucose and any out-of-range levels — so you don't get flooded. A "Get Current Glucose" button lets you pull a specific moment when needed.

Already been using your device for months? One tap pulls in the last 30 or 90 days of readings. Readings you log are also saved back to Apple Health.

BP Med Tracker Pro is $2.99/month or $24.99/year with a 14-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage subscriptions in your App Store settings.
