Breathing Trainer is a simple app for guided breathing practice, breath-hold logging, respiratory muscle training logs, and personal breathing history.
Use paced breathing sessions with visual guidance, choose from built-in patterns, or create your own custom pace. Track comfortable breath holds over time, log RMT sessions with sets and reps, and review your
history locally on your device.
