When a panic attack starts, open Breeze and tap Anchor. You'll be guided through paced breathing, grounding and body-scan steps drawn from CBT and DBT to help the wave pass. It's the kind of in-the-moment anxiety relief that's hard to find in meditation apps built for calm days.
