Brightfish Patient

The Brightfish Patient app is the mobile version of the generic Brightfish PROMs portal. Credentials will be send out through e-mail after proper online registration.
Target audience: People who want to track specific aspects of their daily quality of life in regard to a set of diseases, employing standardised and internationally recognised questionnaires.
All content is free and consists of open source questionnaires such as the RAND/MOS-36. The goal and purpose of this app is to allow people to keep track of their disease burden and get insight in the effect of e.g. behaviour, therapy, etc.
Data is stored in line with all applicable legal requirements, we do not sell / process / harvest personal data. Participation is voluntarily. For more information about the use of your personal information, please refer to the privacy policy.
You use Brightfish app to complete questionnaires mostly, like an electronic diary. The results of these questionnaires are immediately available to you and your researcher.
This app consists of the following parts / functionalities:
Activity screen
In the activities screen you will find the questionnaires that are available to fill in. There you will also see when the questionnaires can be completed.
Dashboard
The dashboard displays your results graphically.
Dossier
Completed questionnaires can be found in the tab 'dossier'.
Profile
Learn more about your personal account.
Info
