The main purpose of the application is to keep a log of the food eaten daily and monitor the daily ingredients consumed, tracking how this will affect your health and body size. It is especially useful if you decide to lose weight or gain weight.
The application will help you record the food you eat every day. You can maintain a list of products, easily add and remove foods that you eat every day, specify the weight of foods, their calorie content and composition. In addition, you can record your body and health measurements such as weight, blood glucose (sugar), bust, waist, hips sizes and blood pressure, as well as notes on your daily well-being.
This application was specially written for the “Marathon” course, although it can be used in any other situations.
The "My Calories" app also integrates tightly with the Health app. It stores all compatible data in the Health app, allowing you to have all your health data in one place.
