Ease your mind when anxiety hits.
This app gives you a calm, one‑tap panic SOS with guided breathing, grounding tools and gentle reflection so you can ride out waves of anxiety and sleep easier.

Hit the big I’m panicking button whenever you feel overwhelmed. The screen fades everything else away and walks you through slow, science‑inspired breathing patterns that lengthen your exhale and steady your body. Short sessions fit into real life, whether you’re on the sofa, on the train or hiding in the bathroom during a tough moment.

Not every day is a full‑blown panic attack. When you’re just feeling anxious, switch to a softer breathing mode tuned for everyday stress. For nights when your thoughts won’t switch off, the sleep wind‑down mode uses slower breaths to help your body settle so you can drift off more easily.

After you’ve made it through, a quick “log the moment” screen invites you to capture what was happening without judgment. Over time, these tiny notes help you notice patterns in your anxiety: certain places, times of day or situations that make waves more likely. You stay in control of your story, and everything stays private on your device.

When breathing alone isn’t enough, open the grounding exercise. You’ll move through simple 5‑4‑3‑2‑1 steps that bring your attention back to your senses—what you can see, feel, hear, smell and taste—so you can reconnect with the present moment instead of getting lost in racing thoughts.

The home screen is designed to be calm, clean and comforting. No clutter, no feeds, no endless menus—just the tools you actually need in a crisis. Thoughtful colors, subtle animations and gentle copy aim to make the app feel like a safe, caring space you can return to again and again.

You can also choose to unlock premium tools: extra breathing modes for social anxiety, flying or health worry; personalized routines based on your onboarding answers; and expanded history with simple stats to see how your waves change over time. The core panic button and main calming tools stay free, so you always have support when you need it most.

Whether you live with recurring panic attacks, struggle with background anxiety or just want a calmer way to end your day, this app is built to be your quiet ally in your pocket—ready the moment you need to tap.
