Because working out is always enjoyable, it is challenging & it makes you stronger - inside and out. Because we want to be the strongest, best version of ourselves. Because we are all a work in progress, an evolution that requires dedication, motivation, commitment and perseverance. We continue to show up, NO MATTER WHAT. Because we can’t do this alone.
