The cosy relaxation at the end ensures a letting go of inner pressure, worries and stress. Chair Yoga supports the alleviation of insomnia and anxiety. It gives inner peace and satisfaction. This strengthens the immune system and prevents many diseases. Suffering of all kinds can be alleviated. The exercises can also be taken over by yoga teachers who wish to incorporate Chair Yoga into their lessons.
