Champ by Justann Crawford is a video-centric application demonstrating the very best technique by Olympic boxer and 9 Times Aust Champ and Olympian, Justann Crawford.

From footwork, punching and weaving through to complete combos, Justann walks the viewer through the technique before demonstrating both solo and with a partner, making it easy to follow along.

For a full screen experience, simply turn your device to the side and the videos will automatically fill the screen.

Upon completion of the video, the app will automatically move to the next video so you never need to remove your gloves or let your heart-rate drop.

The app also comes with an in-built boxing timer so you can test yourself against the clock.
