We have all experienced the escape of binge watching streamed movies late at night while eating more dessert than we can remember to savor, and we certainly attempt the escape of binge scrolling through social media during the work day. Pausing to intentionally eat a piece of chocolate allows us to focus on our breath as we inhale the pleasant aroma and exhale stress, then feel relaxed and rejuvenated to manage our responsibilities.
