If you enjoy doing any type of circuit training workout whether it be weight lifting, yoga, or something else – Circuit Train is perfect for you. Instead of monitoring a stopwatch the entire workout – focus on the quality of your workout and let this app alert and aid your progress while powering through it.
Circuit training involves selecting ten or so exercises (push-ups, bicep curls, mountain climbers, etc.) and doing them in succession for a set period such as a minute, and then quickly moving onto the next exercise. After the full circuit, its time to rest up, and do the whole thing again a set number of times!
Circuit Train allows you to define these amount of times, stations, and circuits. Fully customizable – choose your station lengths, amount of stations, breaks, etc.
Also utilizes a customized playlist via the iTunes music you have on your device. By default – the music will move to the next track whenever the time is up for a break or to get moving again. This allows you to focus on the workout rather than watching a clock or stopwatch.
