YOUR PERSONALISED CLIMBING PLAN
Set your preferences and ClimbingCoach generates a plan weighted to you:
• Goals: sport climbing, bouldering, or both
• Time available per week and sessions per week
• Training days that suit your schedule
• Equipment and facilities you have access to (from none to fully equipped)
Plan options include 2, 4, or 12 weeks, or you can time training so you peak for an upcoming trip.
PERIODISATION, WITHOUT THE HEADACHE
ClimbingCoach uses proven training structure to focus the right qualities at the right time:
• Mixed, periodised cycles to develop key strength and energy systems
• Training categories such as finger strength, power, power endurance, aerobic endurance, and general conditioning
• Balanced work including antagonist muscles to support resilience
• A library of 120+ protocols, including climbing sessions, fingerboard, campus work, weights, calisthenics, and more
STRUCTURED, BUT FLEXIBLE
Your plan is generated automatically, but you stay in control:
• Swap exercises for suitable alternatives
• Change exercise order
• Adjust volume (more / less)
• Add your own exercises
• Cancel, defer, or delete items as needed
• Log extra climbing or training—your plan can adapt to what you actually did
You can also build your own sessions from the exercise library, or just use ClimbingCoach as a training log.
