This app will take you from untrained to being able to run 5 km in 45 days. Using a proven interval training program with combined running and walking, the app will coach you through the necessary training. Each set will tell you the distance you should expect to do, and voice prompts streamed to your favorite bluetooth earphones will guide you through the intervals. Your training sessions will be tracked in your Activities app so that you can follow your progress at any time.
