Connected mHealth is your application for accessing your home exercise treatments prescribed to you by your clinician, physiotherapist, therapist, doctor, or kinesiologist. With Connected mHealth, you are now able to achieve your rehabilitation goals in the privacy of your home. Designed by experts, this mobile application allows you to successfully finish your home exercise treatment remotely while keeping you connected to your therapist. Included are different types of exercise to support your every need. Once you will be given the invitation to access your exercise plan, you will be able to follow the prescribed exercise sessions. These are individually created for you and your condition.

To be able to use the Connected mHealth app you need an invite from your therapist.
