New Features Added

1. Companion Supplements Tracker

A new section on the Home screen lets you log daily doses of supplements that work alongside Vitamin D:
- Vitamin K2 (100 mcg) — helps direct calcium to bones
- Magnesium (200 mg) — required to activate Vitamin D
- Omega-3 (1000 mg)
- Zinc (15 mg)

Each can be toggled on/off in Settings. Tapping one on the Home screen logs a dose with haptic feedback.

2. Dose Streak Counter

Tracks consecutive days you've logged your Vitamin D dose. Displayed as a fire badge on the Home screen. Handles edge cases (e.g. today not taken yet → counts from yesterday).

3. Statistics Screen (new tab)

A dedicated screen showing:
- Total readings logged
- Highest & lowest blood test values
- Average level across all readings
- Trend analysis: improving / declining / stable (requires ≥3 readings)

4. Edit Blood Readings

updateBloodReading() added to storage — you can now edit existing readings instead of only adding/deleting them.

5. Improved Home Screen Level Card

- Shows current Vitamin D value with a colored status pill
- Delta vs. previous reading (e.g. +5.2 ng/mL)
- "Blood test due" warning after 90 days since last test
- Reminder status badge (bell on/off)

6. Custom Reminder Text

ReminderSettings now supports a customText field for personalizing the notification message.
