Da Vinci Health is a clean, easy-to-use health tracker that helps you effortlessly log your daily food, exercise, and water intake.
[Daily Overview]
Intuitive ring charts and progress bars show your daily calories, protein, fat, carbs, and water at a glance.
[Food Logging]
Log meals by breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks while tracking calories and the three macronutrients (protein, fat, carbohydrates). Custom food support means your regular meals are one tap away.
[Exercise Logging]
Track strength training and cardio. Strength sets switch between reps mode and seconds mode. Custom exercises sort by frequency, so the ones you do most are always at the top.
[Water Tracking]
Quick-add your water intake with six common amounts. A ring progress indicator shows how much is left to hit your daily goal.
[Personalization]
Set your own daily nutrition and water targets, add a profile photo, and make the app feel like yours.

- Automatic Sleep Import — opening the app pulls the last 3 days of sleep from Apple Health (Mi Band and other wearables included).
No more manual importing; opt out anytime in Profile → Preferences.
- Favorites for saved foods & exercises — the star is now tappable: starred items pin to a Favorites group on top, the rest tuck
below. Food log entries can be starred too.
- Cardio input modes — new "Time only / Time + Distance" toggle; jump rope and HIIT no longer show an irrelevant distance field.
- Restored translations — 7 strings around water quick-add and exercise-day tips that v1.5 accidentally shipped in English are
localized again (es / ja / zh-Hans / zh-Hant).
- Cleaner charts — Training Volume hides itself for bodyweight-only exercises instead of drawing zero-height bars.
- Reliability — fixed a rare race in the widget → Apple Health water sync queue; added a diagnostic banner when the shared database
falls back to read-only mode; Swift 6 concurrency warnings cleared.

- 有氧輸入新增「僅時間 / 時間+距離」切換:跳繩、HIIT 不再出現用不到的距離欄
- 補回 v1.5 漏翻的 7 條字串(剩餘水量、快速加水、運動日提示等)的西/日/簡中/繁中翻譯
- 純徒手運動(引體向上、棒式)不再顯示全零的訓練量圖表
- 穩定性:修正小工具記水同步佇列在極端情況可能漏寫/重複寫入 Apple 健康的問題;資料庫異常時新增「小工具暫時不同步」提示
