PRO TIPS

- Listen to your affirmations daily for at least 5 minutes
- Create your own affirmations to suit your goals
- Rearrange the order of your affirmations by pressing the Edit button
- Listen to your own background music if you want to. Simply pull the Background Volume’s slider all the way to the left and play your music in another app
TO GET STARTED
1. Select the Affirmations tab in the middle
2. Select a category to see a list of affirmations or select Custom to create your own affirmations
3. Tap on any of the affirmations you see that has a microphone image.
4. Allow microphone usage.
5. Record your affirmation
6. Go back to Home
7. Press the + button on the upper right corner
8. Select your recorded affirmations
9. Go back to Home
10. Press play and listen to your positive affirmations!
