About Jessica
Jessica Bass started Dance Fitness with Jessica in Knoxville, Tennessee at just 24 years old. As a mother of three beautiful children, she was tired of boring workout routines and as a busy mom, she needed a fitness program that fit into her hectic schedule. Jessica’s passion for music and dance inspired her to become a certified fitness instructor.
Her first fitness class of three people quickly grew to over 700,000 virtual fans and followers from her online community. In addition to her membership live streaming Jessica’s Dance Fitness with Jessica now features multiple workout DVD’s, fitness eBooks, and apparel.
