We are excited to introduce the upgraded version of our Wellbeing App which is designed to support your physical, mental and emotional Wellbeing in a more personalised, intuitive and impactful way.
This latest update brings a refreshed, interactive interface that enhances ease of navigation and creates a smoother user experience, making it simpler for you to access the support and tools you need when you need them.

1. Mood Tracker & Personalised Insights
You can now log your mood daily, enabling deeper self-reflection and awareness. Over time, the app provides visual insights into your emotional patterns and trends which are daily, weekly, and monthly. Based on your inputs, you will receive personalised Wellbeing recommendations, interventions and prompts to support you in managing stress, building resilience, and improving overall mental health.
2. Goal Tracker for Daily Habits
Build healthier routines with the new goal tracking feature. Monitor key wellbeing indicators such as steps, calories, and hydration, while setting small, achievable milestones. Observe your own consistency in achieving goals. This feature is designed to support sustainable habit formation and encourage consistent progress toward a healthier lifestyle.
3. Enhanced Support Access
Getting support is now faster and more accessible. The new search function allows you to easily locate a MHFA (Mental Health First Aider) based on their level of expertise, while a direct connection via WhatsApp enables immediate access to a the MHFAs when support is needed.
