The user will be able to view and select open appointment time with participating doctors or request the doctor’s office for a phone call, as well as chat within the mobile app or web application.
•User will have the option to rate and post reviews on the doctor profile.
•The app would allow the patients to search for a doctor in their area and populate a list of doctors based on the location.
•The iOS application is for patient use only.
•A Web application is for Doctor and patient users.
•An Acceptance user agreement will be used in iOS application as well as web application for doctor and patient users.
•A Messages system would be integrated in iOS application as well as web application for doctor and patient users.
•Patients can select a doctor and will be able to view and select open appointment time with participating doctor.
•Once a request is accepted, then user can send message to the doctor within application.
•A Web admin/ Super admin would be developed for overall user’s management.
•HIPAA Compliant (privacy of health-related consumer information)
