We made Earplug because we're like you. We love sleep-sound apps but never found what we were searching for, so we built our own: Earplug. It's distraction-free in its sound, design and stability, and it's quality from beginning to end.
INSTRUCTIONS
• Unlock your iPhone, iPad or Mac
• Open the Earplug app
Earplug can also be controlled from the Control Center, Apple Watch, and the iPhone lock screen.
The App also works great with headphones (especially Sony WH-1000XM3 Wireless Noise-Canceling Headphones and Bose QuietComfort 35 Series II) and external speakers. The App will resume after your alarm or timer goes off, and will respond to the Bluetooth media controls on your lock screen.

New in this release: Earplug now feels a little more at home in iOS.
You can now add Earplug to Control Center, giving your sound environment a quiet place among the controls you already reach for throughout the day. It is there when the moment calls for it: while settling in, stepping away from the screen, or returning to a familiar backdrop without opening the app first.
It is a modest addition in appearance, but a graceful one in use. Earplug becomes easier to reach, easier to return to, and a little more naturally woven into the rhythm of the phone.
