De app is onderdeel van een eHealth Platform en is bedoelt om te gebruiken als communicatiemiddel tussen de zorgprofessional, de patiënt en zijn/ haar familie.
Door deze app en het bijbehorende eHealth Platform te gebruiken kan uw zorgprofessional u begeleiden, van instructie materialen voorzien en op afstand behandelen. Hierdoor krijgt u optimale en persoonlijke informatie over uw ziektebeeld, uw behandeling en overige relevante informatie zoals afspraken en herinneringen. Daarnaast bestaat er de mogelijkheid tot directe communicatie via beeldbellen en chat.
De gedownloade app heeft initieel geen inhoud, totdat deze gekoppeld is aan een eHealth Platform geregistreerde organisatie.
U kunt uw zorgprofessional vragen om te registreren, zodat u en uw zorgprofessional daarna de app en het bijbehorende eHealth Platform kunnen gaan gebruiken.

The app is part of an eHealth Platform and is meant to be used between the healthcare professional and his/ her patients and family.
By using this app and the eHealth Platform your healthcare professional can coach, consult and treat you anywhere and provide personal and relevant health information, instructional courses, and treatments including scheduling and notifications. There is also the possibility to communicate directly with your healthcare professional using video calling and chat.
The downloaded app in itself has no content until paired with an eHealth Platform registered organization.
You can ask your healthcare professional to register, so that you and your healthcare professional can start using the app and its eHealth Platform thereafter.
