Use the Embr Wave 2 app to:
- Explore thermal sessions designed for Sleep, Relaxation, Destressing, Hot Flashes, Focus, Personal Comfort, and more.
- Personalize your sessions by setting the temperature level and select session durations that range from 1 minute to 9 hours
- Save, edit, and rename your favorite sessions to your preferences.
- Personalize your Wave by programming the buttons for quick access to your favorite sessions. You can even dim the lights.
- Optimize your relief by tracking how you use the Wave to learn about your body over time.
- Keep your Wave up to date with the latest features and improvements with app and firmware updates.

You asked, and we built it! Introducing Session Scheduling - available in beta for your Embr Wave. You can now set your Wave to run cooling and warming sessions automatically at specified times, as easily as setting an alarm on your phone.
No more having to push buttons on the device or pull out your phone to use the app; you can now program recurring sessions, plan ahead for one-time events, and create different routines for different days of the week. Build a personalized thermal routine to support your everyday wellness goals, like a quick burst of cooling to help you rise and shine every morning or gentle warming as you wind down to remind your body it’s time for bed. Try using temperature as a discreet nudge to take a break, stay focused, or even as a helpful reminder to charge your Wave.
