Mood tracker for emotional connection with the people you care about.

Emotional Pulse is a 30-second daily check-in that helps you understand how you're really doing and lets the people you care about check in with you, too.

It's a simple habit that gives you and your trusted circle real visibility into your moods and emotions so you can build emotional awareness, stay close, notice when something's off, and know when to reach out, before anything has to get heavy.

BECAUSE THE PEOPLE WE CARE ABOUT WON'T ALWAYS TELL US WHEN THEY'RE STRUGGLING.
Most of us are pretty good at saying "I'm fine" when we're not. And most of us are pretty good at missing it in the people we love. Not because we don't care — but because life is busy, the moment rarely arrives, and even when it does, we're not always sure what to say.

Emotional Pulse makes the moment a daily one. A simple mood tracker that keeps you close to the people who matter — and gives you the skills to actually help when it counts.

HOW EMOTIONAL PULSE WORKS

Connect with yourself
A 30-second daily check-in helps you understand how you're really feeling. Use it as a daily mood tracker, an emotional journal, or a private diary. See your patterns, recognise what's shifting, build emotional awareness and emotional intelligence over time.

Connect with others
Pair with up to 5 friends you care about. See how they're really doing, share how you're doing too and get a gentle nudge when someone might need a reach-out. Build stronger emotional bonds through real connection, not surface check-ins.

Connect with skills
Learn how to actually support a friend when they're struggling and how to ask for support yourself. Build emotional intelligence and emotional regulation skills through a mini-course of 2–3 minute lessons that fit into daily life.

Connect with community
See how the people around you are doing collectively and where you sit in the wider human pulse.

Connect with support
When more help is needed, Emotional Pulse connects you to trained Mental Health First Responders or professional services — clear pathways from early emotional signal to real support.

BUILT ON PRINCIPLES THAT MATTER
Aligned with ISO 45003 international standards for workplace mental health. Built by ShareTree, a charity working to reduce mental health challenges and suicide.

Quoi de neuf dans la dernière version ?

A whole new Emotional Pulse.

This release brings a major redesign softer, more grounded, and built around what matters most: building emotional awareness, staying connected with the people you care about, and learning how to support each other.

What's new:
— Two ways to check in. Choose the classic grid or the new slider experience to explore your emotions more experientially.

— Daily insights that matter. After your first check-in each day, see your last 7 days as a timeline, how your emotional weather has shifted over 7, 30, and all-time, and your check-in stats — including your "emotional home" (where you check in most often). Then see how your pairs are doing, with suggestions on who to reach out to.

— A 21-day mini-course on emotions and mental health. Short daily lessons on emotional awareness, authenticity, trust and vulnerability, and how to use LIFT to support others through everyday struggles — burnout, relationships, bullying, and harder moments.

— Simplified support requests. The flow to ask for help is cleaner and faster.

— AI reflection companion. A new in-app companion designed to help you explore and process difficult emotions, and bridge the gap between a moment of distress and reaching a real person.

— Desktop and Microsoft Teams. Emotional Pulse is now available on desktop and as a Microsoft Teams app, making it easier to use on work devices.

— Group Admin portal. Organisations and teams can now manage members, support roles, services, billing, and group hierarchies through a dedicated admin portal on desktop.

Thanks for being part of this. A small daily habit that keeps you close to the people who matter.
