Essentially Fit is a workout app specializing in Core Strength Workouts. Train in a way that challenges you and sculpts your body without feeling like you are killing yourself. All training 35 minutes or less per day. These workouts are created to be effective and efficient. Once we reach a certain age training hours on end and lots of cardio no longer work.

You will find follow along workouts designed to help you build muscle, burn fat, and increase your metabolism, while feeling your best throughout the process. The follow along workouts are to help you with your form and have your trainer right there with you.

You will have access to 30 day or longer Workout Challenges that you can do anywhere you are. Little room and equipment is needed for the workouts.
