Inside the physical kit, you’ll find printed tools, guides, and activities — plus your ESSTA card that you can tap on our app to match you to the right audio program in this app.

It is designed to be used together with your physical ESSTA Toolkit, so you can listen to guided meditations, coaching sessions, and narrative tracks that complement the exercises, cards, and materials in the kit.

With your toolkit and the ESSTA App working hand in hand, you’ll have a full, multi-sensory experience — combining hands-on activities with audio guidance to help you get the most from your program.
