Exercise Dot Me helps you to be fitter and healthier. Use it with any exercise or activity from walking, yoga, pilates, going to the gym or training for a 10km race. The app makes it easy to add pictures and notes for what you want to do, record and track what you do, and measures how well you do.
Record and track your exercise and activities, look through your history, and know what to try and beat.
Find a routine you want to do from magazines, books and websites. Simply take a picture, add some notes and the information is to hand in the app.
Use the stopwatch and timer to record how long an exercise or activity takes or time your rest periods.
Use Dot to set out your training plan. Make what you do realistic, tag it as a Must or Might do and allocate time for it.
Use Me to measure and graph your body measurements and weight.
