Fasting Timer helps you to keep track of your intermittent fasting times. It allows you to easily adjust the start and the end of your fasting with just a single finger drag.
You can use Fasting Timer without having to create an account. All the data is yours and stays on your device!
Fasting Timer does not advice you to fast. It helps you if you decide this on your own. Please ask your doctor!

Quoi de neuf dans la dernière version ?

- Date Picker integration for changing long interval easily, just press the start / stop date and time above the circular slider.
- Simplify fasting states: After stopping a fasting period, the timer can be restarted directly. The intermediate status "New fasting", in which the timer has not yet started, is omitted.
