Track your fasts by adding your carbohydrates (carbs) consumed into the Health app.
- Add your carbs to the Health app via FastingReporter.
- The Health data is available via iCloud for FastingReporter on all of your iOS and iPad devices.
Features
- Dashboard: A compact look at the current fast, and a chart or list of Fast List and Daily List.
- Fast: The current fast, which is the time elapsed since the last carbs entry in the Health app.
- Fast List: A list or chart of the longest fast ending for each day over a date range.
- Entry List: A list or chart of the carbs entered for each day over a date range.
- Daily List: A list or chart of the total carbs entered for each day over a date range.
- All Lists: Can be sorted (descending and ascending) by tapping on the list headers.
- All Charts: Are available for iOS 16 and newer.
- Add Carbs Sheet: Add carbs via FastingReporter into the Health app.
- Date Range Sheet: Set the date range for data displayed in lists and charts.
- Fast Levels: Are a visual aid to how you are doing with your fasts.
- Help: In app help for onboarding and usage.
- Settings: Upgrade, Feedback, Support and About sections for actions, information and settings for FastingReporter.
The app uses HealthKit to track your fasting periods by monitoring carbohydrate intake data. Your privacy and data security are important to us - all health data is stored locally on your device using Apple's HealthKit framework.
