Working in conjunction with Cassy’s debut printed cookbook (available nationwide), the Fed & Fit App offers users a meal prep experience like no other. Choose the recipes you want to make from within the app or scan them via the QR scanner directly off the book to populate consolidated, dynamic shopping list!
