It’s the highly anticipated mobile app by Cassy Joy Garcia, the Nutrition Consultant and creator, of the popular food and book, Fed & Fit! Working in conjunction with Cassy’s debut printed cookbook (available nationwide), the Fed & Fit App offers users a meal prep experience like no other. Choose the recipes you want to make from within the app or scan them via the QR scanner directly off the book to populate consolidated, dynamic shopping list!
Remember, for the full recipe (directions + nutrition facts), snag a copy of the ‘Fed & Fit’ book anywhere books are sold (Barnes & Noble, Amazon, etc.).
