The Finding Balance app is designed to help kids and teens understand and improve their overall health and well-being. The app tracks the things that we know are most important for physical and mental health. The combination of the two is what is referred to as holistic health.

By encouraging users to track their mood, sleep, physical activity, and mindfulness activities we encourage and empower our users to feel better!

Finding Balance is designed to be easily used by kids, teens, and young adults, including those with intellectual or physical disabilities. Kids and teens are different from adults. Finding Balance is designed with input from kids, parents, doctors and counselors to be used by kids and teens to meet their unique needs.

The app uses fun and familiar images like colorful emojis designed to show users a range of emotions, and youth-focused activities like dance, football, and scootering to encourage them to be active. Swipe and click technology and easy-to-read graphs help kids easily see how they are doing and track the progress they are making!

Users can get bonus points by engaging in mindfulness activities. Mindfulness activities like meditating, coloring, or doing puzzles are linked to reduced anxiety, decreased stress, increased calm, and improved focus and mood.

Identify trends and triggers with easy tracking that can be done from your phone or tablet. Tracking daily, weekly, and monthly data helps users identify their personal patterns- both good and those that are potentially concerning. As users enter data, they get a daily and total Balance Score. Balance scores are unique to each user and are based on age appropriate physical and mental health guidelines. Generally, higher Balance scores are linked to better mental and physical health.

Family- up to 6 users ($11.99 a month)
