HOW CAN FITLAB HELP ME?

FitLab Cardio Check helps you know your stress/recovery balance and your level of readiness to achieve a good performance. HOW DOES IT WORK?

A complete FitLab Cardio Check assessment will take you 3 minutes at rest. This test is based in your cardiac variability and needs a cardiac chest band connected via Bluetooth to your iOS device (iPhone4S or later; iPod Touch5 16/32/64GB; iPad3 or later).
