Fitpage is a health and fitness content and training platform. The platform focuses on creating a science and research-based content platform for endurance sports, primarily walking and running for beginner and advanced runners.

We provide all training and nutrition tools to understand more about you that help us create exclusive plans just for you.

The Fit500 Test is a 500-second test that assesses your cardiovascular strength & designs a plan that is exactly right for you today.

We provide GPS tracking, home workouts, running and walking training plans. We primarily create the following plans for our users:

- Race Training to complete a various long distance running plans (including the marathon distance) & beat your personal best.
- Recreational running & walking plans of various distances to help you lose weight, improve heart health & increase your stamina.
- Strength Training plans to help you build muscle, get fitter & lose weight.

We integrate with the Apple Health app!
