Flora is an app that is specially made for people with irritable bowel syndrome, in short, also known as IBS. The intestines, of people with IBS, are often extra sensitive and they move too much or too little. This can cause, among other things, stomach pain.

Flora contains exercises that could help to restore the functioning of the intestines. These exercises focus on relaxation and give attention to your intestines in a different way. Research has shown that more than half of the participants have fewer complaints after following these exercises!

Starting with Flora can be compared to starting with a sport. All starts are difficult, but when you train regularly, you become better at it. Do not set yourself targets that are too strict! Flora should be a moment of rest and relaxation in your day. Good luck!
