Why should I train Sprints Bodyweight Workouts?
Maximum speed in training brings your pulse to the highest levels. So high that you train in the anaerobic area. This gives a sprint workout a very high afterburn effect - so your body will continue to burn calories even long after the workout. We say: there is no more HIIT possible!

What is the concept behind the Full Control Sprint App?
At Full Control we follow the HIIT concept. HIIT stands for "High Intensity Interval Training". In HIIT, high-intensity active phases alternate with short recovery phases. With this concept, you have in total a much more effective workout in much shorter workout units than in long workout sessions with a moderate load.
