The exercise instructions help you understand how to properly perform different types of exercises and use different types of equipment. These instructions are relevant for workouts both at the gym and at home.

- Exercise Logger: Track activity and progress of individual exercises using our easy to use, top of the line exercise logger.
- Workout Routines: Build, save, and run workouts. Curate custom workouts yourself or let GAINZ generate some for you. Generated workouts are tailored to available equipment, body parts, and difficulty level of your choice.
- Workout Sharing: Seamlessly share saved workout routines with friends/family with a single tap.
- Goals: Set and accomplish goals for different exercises. Visualize your progress towards your goals using helpful charts.
- Body Stats: Track stats such as Weight, BMI, Steps, Calories, etc. Set and track stat goals.
- Exercise Timer: Multi purpose timer that is excellent for any time based exercises.
- Weight Plate Calculator: Quickly figure out how many and which plates you need for a set.
