Gia Pilates offers a boutique small group Reformer Pilates classes. Our classes are designed to increase core and overall strength, increase fitness levels, tone and stretch all muscles and improve overall health and wellbeing. We have created a refreshing environment where all clients are welcomed and encouraged.
We aspire to move and feel good from the inside out. We love to see people enjoying exercise and improving their health and wellbeing. We combine Classical Pilates techniques with dynamic fitness principles to provide a rewarding yet challenging workout for all levels of fitness and experience.
